Every piece is cut with intention, and most are oversized by design. The volume is part of the silhouette, not a sizing error.

Each product page has its own fit notes: how the piece is meant to sit, our model's height and the size she's wearing, and full garment measurements. 

As a guide, take your usual size for the intended shape. For a closer, more fitted look, size down.

Between sizes? Email us your height and usual size at info@madamepatron.com and we'll tell you what we'd choose.

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days, with tracking on every order. 

Pre-order pieces are made in limited runs, to order, once the pre-order window closes. 

Each product page shows the estimated delivery date, and your confirmation email repeats it. We'll email you the moment your piece is on its way.

We ship to the UK, Europe and selected international destinations. UK delivery is free on orders over £100. 

For orders outside the UK, any customs or import charges are paid by the customer.

Yes. If it isn't right, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know, and a further 14 days to send it back. 

Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their tags attached. Once we receive your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 28 working days. Return postage is paid by you.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before your piece ships. Just email us.

If anything arrives faulty, contact us straight away and we'll put it right.
