At Madame Patrôn, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the:
- United Kingdom
- Europe
- Selected international destinations worldwide
Shipping availability may vary depending on your location. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Please note:
- orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays
- during busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer
Pre-Order Items
If you purchase a pre-order item, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for dispatch.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together once all items are ready, unless stated otherwise.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK: approximately 2–4 business days
- Europe: approximately 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: approximately 7–15 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and courier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
We offer free shipping on orders over £100 GBP.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient where applicable. Goods shipped internationally may be subject to customs checks and duties or taxes depending on the destination country’s rules.
Please note that duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.
Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery windows above, delivery times are not guaranteed.
Delays can sometimes occur due to:
- customs processing
- courier disruptions
- weather or transport issues
- high-volume periods
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you realise you have entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at info@madamepatron.com. We will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may require payment of a new shipping charge before re-dispatching the parcel.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@madamepatron.com and we will assist you in raising an enquiry with the courier.
