Returns Policy


At Madame Patrôn, excellence lies at the heart of our brand, and anything less than the crème de la crème for our ladies simply won’t suffice. Not only do we follow stringent quality control procedures at our production house to guarantee that the end product is immaculate, we also make every effort to ensure it reaches you in the same impeccable condition. So, given that each item is made to order exclusively for you, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom-made pieces.

On the rare occasion that your bespoke piece doesn’t arrive in pristine form as promised, we’ll gladly exchange or refund you the total cost of the item - just be sure to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Our refunds and exchanges department will then be in touch requesting that you provide proof of the damage prior to reimbursement. Rest-assured, we’ll also cover your shipping costs for returning the item.

All refunds/exchanges are on the basis that the item is returned in its original, unworn condition, i.e. free from marks, odour, perfume, or damage. The customer is liable to pay any and all shipping fees relating to the exchange or return of a non-faulty/damaged ready-to-wear item. We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund/exchange if the condition of the garment fails to meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/return/exchange if you fail to get in touch within the respective timeframes stipulated above.
