Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Madame Patrôn, we want you to love your order. If something is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges in line with the policy below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in its original condition
  • with all tags attached
  • returned in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by:

  • emailing us at info@madamepatron.com, or
  • submitting a request through our Get in Touch page

Please include your:

  • order number
  • full name
  • reason for return
  • whether you would prefer a refund or exchange

If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for unwanted items, including exchanges.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Please note:

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • any duties, taxes, or import charges paid on international orders are non-refundable

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Exchanged items must be returned in the same eligible condition:

  • unworn and unused
  • with tags attached
  • in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If the item you would like in exchange is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@madamepatron.com or through our Get in Touch page.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or we have sent the wrong item, we will:

  • cover the return postage
  • offer a full refund or replacement, subject to availability

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@madamepatron.com.
